Body Transformation Story : From Skinny to Bulky
Hello, Mirwaners! In this blog post, I would like to show you my body transformation from 2010 to 2020. Body transformation is where our current body shape is different from our old body shape. It can be bigger or thinner. But first, let me tell you a fact that having a bulky body was my dream since many years ago. I was so skinny at that time. I found myself not attractive at all. I realized this when I was a University student in 2010. It’s true when my body was skinny, it made my confidence go down. Besides, I had eaten big portion of daily food everyday, but it did not make by body look buffy. So, to overcome this problem, I came to gym center. I started it around 2016. I tried to exercise myself at gym center. I lifted barbell, dumbell and any other fitness equipments. You can watch this video to see what I did at gym :
Not only did workout, I also controlled my daily food that I eat. Some source says when I am in Bulky Program, I need to eat more food that contain carbohydrate and protein. Therefore, when I started to do workout, I also started to eat more rice, I mean I ate rice more frequently with normal portion, eat more food that contain high protein, trained hard, rest well and many more.
5 years later, exactly in this year, 2021, my dream really come true. My body has changed. I have a bulky and buffy body that I dreamt it for so long. Now many people around say “Wow! Why is your body so big?”. They also surprised : "How come your body as big as this?" Not only from people around, but also my followers on Instagram @mirwanfitness give a compliment about my body transformation.
